Agenda & Key Discussion Points

1. Member Registration on DAVKAWA Website The committee discussed the need to increase registration of DAVKAWA members/alumni on the official website.

Action Point:

• A volunteer/coordinator from each batch will connect with their respective batchmates.
• Batch volunteers will request and encourage batchmates to complete their registration on the DAVKAWA website.
• Batch-wise coordination will be undertaken to maximize participation and ensure wider alumni coverage.

2. Invitation Video for Upcoming Alumni Meet – 12 November 2026 The committee discussed creating an invitation video for the upcoming DAVKAWA Alumni Meet scheduled for 12 November

2026.

Action Points:

• DAVKAWA Core Committee will coordinate with the school management and teachers for their participation in the invitation video.
• Request will be made to school authorities and teachers to record/send short invitation messages for the upcoming alumni meet.
• The collected messages/videos will be coordinated and compiled for use as the official alumni meet invitation.

1. Batch-wise volunteers will actively drive registration of alumni on the DAVKAWA website.

2. The Core Committee will coordinate with the school and teachers for invitation videos.
